SHIPPING CARRIERS + TIMELINES

Stevie + Bean Paperie ships all products out of Calgary, Alberta Canada.

Delivery times vary by location and are approximate. Once a package is shipped, we are not responsible for any damages or loss that may occur.

  • All products shipped to the United States are sent via USPS and come with tracking.
  • All products shipped within Canada and elsewhere are shipped via Canada Post and do not come with tracking. Expedited shipping is available with a tracking number at an additional cost at check out.
  • Calgary Orders // 1-3 Business Days
  • Canada Orders // 3-5 Business Days
  • United States Orders // 2-4 Business Days
  • International Orders // 10-60 Business Days 

If your order does not arrive, we will happily send you a replacement once you repurchase the item.

For pick up within Calgary, Alberta, select 'LocalPickup' at checkout and the shipping cost will be removed. The pick up location is in Lake Bonavista. The address will be provided once your order is completed.

 

SHIPPING COSTS

  • Orders between $1 - $20 // $2.00
  • Orders between $20 - $40 // $4.00
  • Orders $40 and up // $6.00

 

RETURN POLICY

We gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations on all physical products.

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery
  • Ship items back within 30 days of delivery
  • Request a cancellation within 1 day of purchase

The following items can't be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Digital downloads
